Complementary Therapies in Ashington
When you make the decision to have an appointment at Holistic Harmony we will invite you to join us for a FREE consultation, this is an informal chat lasting about twenty minutes, this will help us to decide things such as which type of treatment will be most beneficial to you and which essential oils to use, it is also an opportunity for you to tell us what you wish to get out of your treatment, for example do you want to feel relaxed or uplifted.

For each treatment an individual blend of essential oils will be chosen especially for you.

Holistic Prescriptive facials
The only products used during these facials are from the Pure Harmony Range made by Holistic Harmony in-store.
The facials include cleanse, tone and massage of the face, neck and shoulders.

Reiki
Reiki (pronounced Ray-Key) was developed by Mikao Usui in Japan in the 20th century, it encourages relaxation and balances the mind and the emotions.
Reiki is a Japanese word meaning 'Universal Energy', this energy flows through all living things, it is known as 'ki' in Japan, 'chi' in China and 'prana' in India.
Reiki promotes a calm, peaceful sense of well being, during a Reiki session you will be remain fully clothed whilst relaxing in our beautiful treatment room. Reiki energy is channeled into the body assisting the body to heal its self
The practitioner places their hands gently on or over the body. The recipient automatically draws in only as much Reiki as is needed, using it in whatever way is most appropriate at the time.

You can now receive a sports massage at Holistic Harmony, Simon Dutson is the latest addition to our team! Simon is a personal trainer and a lecturer in sport and exercise science. He specialises in Swedish and Sports Massage, You don't need to be a sports person to have a sports massage!
